1. Do you provide food and drink?
We don’t provide food for campers, they need to come with a packed lunch and two snacks! We do ensure every camp has drinking water available for campers to fill up their water bottles.
2. Do you do a sibling discount?
We don’t do a sibling discount as we have a strict child:coach ratio, which means an extra camper could cause the need for an extra coach!
3. Can I request my child to be in the same group as another child?
Yes. We try to pair friends up when possible, however our grouping is based on age and sometimes this is not always possible, we find children make friends very quickly on camp.
4. What is your ‘No Nut policy’
We are extremely focussed on child safety on our camp which also includes protecting children who suffer from allergies. We ask that parents keep nuts out of their childrens lunch boxes to protect those with nut allergies.
5. Can I book for just one day?
Yes! You can book single days, multiple days or for a full week on our camps. We always offer discount for booking for the full duration on our camps.
6. How many children do you allow on camp?
This can depend on the location, but we have a strict child:coach policy that ensures we always have plenty of staff to ensure child safety. For more information on our child ratio policy please click here.
7. Can I pay on the day?
All payments must be paid prior to arrival on camp, again this is to ensure we have the right amount of coaches:children. You may be able to book on the morning of camp but this will be dependent on having enough staff to keep within ratio, and will need to be done online through our booking system.
8. Why do different locations cost different amounts?
Due to the variation in costs for different venues, we have to modify our prices accordingly. This means where possible, we lower our prices to give you the best price plan available.
9. Can I cancel my child’s place
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you book and pay for your child/childrens place on camp you have 24 hours to change your mind, this only applies up to a week before camp and all bookings made within the week leading up to camp are non-refundable. For more information please take a look at our terms and conditions.
10. Can I transfer my booking to another date?
If you need to transfer your booking to another date, it must be a date within the same school holidays as your original booking and it will be at the discretion of Apollo if outside the 24 hour cancellation period.
11. Can my child bring their mobile phone?
Children can bring their mobile phones but we do not want them to be used whilst on camp. You will have the site managers number if you need to contact your child. We will allow the use of mobiles during lunch if there is a reason that your child needs to contact you during the day.
